2 Procedure
- All candidates included in the KEAM Engineering Rank List 2026 are eligible to participate in the Spot Admission process.
- NOC is not required for students from Government/Government Aided Engineering Colleges and Government Cost Sharing Engineering Colleges (IHRD/LBS/CAPE/KSRTC) . Candidates need to produce the Admission Slip at the time of reporting.
- Candidates may register for Spot Admission
- Candidates already admitted to a Government/Government Aided Engineering College shall produce their Admission Slip.
- Candidates admitted to any other Engineering College shall produce their Admission Slip along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) in the prescribed format.
- Candidates who have not taken admission to any Engineering College shall produce their Transfer Certificate (TC) and all other required original certificates.
- Candidates who are allotted seats through the Spot Admission process shall remit the prescribed admission fee on the same day to confirm their admission.
- If a candidate is unable to attend the Spot Admission process in person due to unavoidable reasons, he/she may authorize another person to represent them by submitting a Proxy Authorization Form in the prescribed format.

prescribed admission fee on the same day to confirm admission.
3 Required Documents
Document Requirement:
Students studying in Govt./Aided/IHRD/CAPE/LBS/KSRTC Engineering
Colleges need to produce the Admission Slip only. Students from all
other institutions need to produce the Admission Slip along with NOC
in the prescribed format.
- A valid Transfer Certificate (TC).
- DATA Sheet from CEE.
- SSLC Certificate or equivalent (2 copies attested by a Gazetted Officer).
- Certificate to prove date of birth.
- Plus-Two Certificate or equivalent (2 copies attested by a Gazetted Officer).
- Transfer Certificate in original for new students. Admission Slip for Govt./Aided College students. NOC for self-finance engineering college students.
- Conduct Certificate from the Institution last attended (valid only for 6 months from the date of issue), or Conduct Certificate attested by a Gazetted Officer after the expiry of the validity of the original Conduct Certificate.
- Migration Certificate (for students other than Kerala State syllabus).
- Caste Certificate, if applicable (validity: 3 years from the date of issue).
- Income Certificate, if applicable (validity: 1 year from the date of issue).
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate, if applicable.
- Documents uploaded for reservation categories (NCC, Sports, Handicapped, etc.).
- Passport-size photographs – 2 Nos. (Candidate's name and branch should be written on the back).
- Any other documents required in the Allotment Memo/Notification.
